For students to be successful in their search for a co-op placement and employment after graduation, Fanshawe's Career Service offers a variety of programmes and events to both ongoing semester students and graduates. Every year, two career fairs with over 100 companies participating, as well as workshops, seminars, and skill-building activities are organized. Students who are enrolled for full-time opportunities may work off campus up to 20 hours per week while in class and up to 40 hours per week between semesters. However, off-campus employment is not permitted for EAP students.
