The number of Indian students moving to study abroad almost reached to 6.5 lakhs mark in 2022 till November 30 itself. We still have the count to be added from the month of December.
To be precise, as per the latest data released by the Bureau of Immigration (BoI), 6,48,678 Indian students have got their student visas to fly abroad this year. This number has been the highest in the past 5 years. Additionally, this surpassing increase in the number of students moving to study abroad has crossed the pre-pandemic numbers. |
